Refunds & Returns:
As each bow is custom-made to your specifications, Bow Bliss Boutique does not accept returns or offer refunds on any completed orders. Every bow we create is a one-of-a-kind piece, often featuring a beautiful floral centerpiece tailored to your vision. This commitment to personalized design and craftsmanship means we cannot resell or reuse materials once a bow is made. Therefore, we ask that all customers carefully review their order details before placing a request to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
Bow Specifications:

Group Orders & Large Purchases:
For group orders or large purchases that total more than $100.00, Bow Bliss Boutique requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit at the time of order placement. This policy ensures that we can source the necessary materials and dedicate sufficient time to creating your order. Group orders may be subject to extended production times, and we will communicate any potential delays to you in advance to ensure that your bows are ready when needed.
